CoSplit is an expense tracking application designed for separating couples to track shared expenses, generate reports, and facilitate fair cost-splitting. The service includes expense logging, receipt uploads, PDF report generation, and expense sharing features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

To use CoSplit, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false or misleading expense information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious content or viruses

CoSplit offers free and paid subscription plans:

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to CoSplit. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will never sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoSplit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
